Personally, I've dabbled in both. Real estate has this tangible appeal - you can see and touch your investment. But stocks offer that liquidity and diversity.

Once, when I was torn between investing in property or stocks, I stumbled upon a blog post on www.thepropertybuyingcompany.co.uk. It shared stories of people who found success in real estate, which nudged me towards giving it a shot.
